Vivalingoo operates the website vivalingoo.com and its sub-pages (the "Service"). Vivalingoo is an independent marketing and referral partner. We do not directly provide language courses. All courses are delivered by our certified partner Travelspires.

2. What data we collect

When you submit our contact/consultation form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number / WhatsApp number
• Viber number (optional)
• Target language and current proficiency level
• Visa goal / purpose of inquiry
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide

We also automatically collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and analytics purposes.

3. Why we collect your data (Legal basis – GDPR Art. 6)

• Art. 6(1)(b) – Contract performance: To respond to your consultation request and match you with a suitable course.
• Art. 6(1)(a) – Consent: By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted on behalf of our partner Travelspires.
• Art. 6(1)(f) – Legitimate interests: To improve our website and services.

4. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry via email, WhatsApp, or Viber
• To forward your contact details to our partner Travelspires for course consultation purposes
• To improve the website and user experience

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making.

5. Data sharing

Your data is shared with:

• Travelspires — our course provider partner, who will contact you regarding your inquiry
• Netlify Inc. — our hosting and form processing provider (US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework compliant)

All recipients are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law — typically no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us. You may request deletion at any time (see section 8).

7. Cookies & tracking

This website currently uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for form submission). If we implement analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) in the future, we will update this policy and implement a cookie consent banner prior to any tracking.

Our hosting provider Netlify is based in the United States. Data transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Travelspires processes data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
